All is right here now.

目の前にあるものを見つめて。

よくよく見つめて。

目の前の美味しいご飯

目の前にいる大切な人

そして自分自身の体温を、その手で感じるのだ。


全ては、いま、ここにある。

過去には もう 何もない。

過去には もう 誰もいない。
