It is all one could do just to actually live

In search of food to live

Taking water to live into account

I cook it to live

I say, "I was able to live today" and consume the meal of thanks

In search of bed to live

I rest a body to live

I sometimes enjoy the fragrance of birdsong and the flower for the five senses

With that alone a day is over

It is actually good in it

本当は

生きていくだけで精一杯


生きていく為の食料を探し

生きていく為の水を汲み

生きていく為に調理をし

今日も生きれたと 感謝の食事を摂る


生きていく為の寝床を探し

生きていく為に身体を休める

時々は、鳥のさえずりや花の香りを五感で楽しむ

それだけで一日が終わる
